Job summary

Air National Guard Units in Saint Paul, MN, seeks an Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic (T32) to analyze performance, test, inspect, troubleshoot, isolate malfunctions, disassemble, modify or repair and reassemble ECM pods and related peripherals on aircraft systems.

Qualifications

Completion of an Air Force Seven Skill Level Technical Training School and compatible Seven Skill Level AFSC, with completion of at least one military professional education course.
Provide transcripts or other documentation to support Educational claims.
To receive credit for Education, provide documentation proving you meet the education requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

Analyzes performance, tests, inspects, troubleshoots, identifies and isolates malfunctions, disassembles, modifies or repairs and reassembles test stations or ECM Pods and their peripherals.
Isolates problems to the failing part using self-test diagnostics and test equipment; replaces components and conducts operational tests.
Connects testing equipment to interface test station system to aircraft systems to facilitate maintenance/repair of Pods or LRUs.
Provides hands-on training to lower grade personnel on repair of computer controlled test equipment and aircraft integrated systems.
