The role requires travel up to 80% to supplier sites, with detailed inspection records and ongoing adherence to industry standards. First shift, Mon-Fri, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT, 50-hour week with guaranteed overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PCBA Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Proficient in inspecting solder joints, crimping, conformal coating, staking, and surface-mounted devices per NASA 8739 and IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspections of PCBA and QA checks on avionics systems and installations.
• Travel approximately 80% to supplier sites for source inspections and audits.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and documentation.
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices for avionics QA.
