The Avionics Qualification Lab Technician supports the operation, maintenance, and hardware support for our Avionics lab. The technician will work with Test engineers to translate engineering and system drawings into functional rack-based test configurations, support lab readiness, and help maintain accountability for equipment and materials. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable building, wiring, troubleshooting, and improving physical avionics test environments. The successful candidate should understand avionics hardware well enough to integrate equipment safely, follow signal and power paths, identify issues, and collaborate effectively with test and integration engineers.

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
