Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and integrate high‑reliability avionics hardware. You will work with avionics engineers to document electrical interfaces and support fast-paced deployments and customer hardware operations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end PCB design, power system development, and cross‑team collaboration to deliver mission‑critical products for air platforms and sensors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 3+ years designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex system designs.
• Ability to perform power system and electrical loading analysis, simulation, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle PCB design from requirements through schematic, layout, bring-up, test, and system integration.
• Review and design electrical integration details with avionics engineers.
• Troubleshoot issues spanning electrical and software boundaries using lab equipment and debugging tools.
• Support fast-paced development, deployments, and customer-operated hardware.
• Develop power management systems and components.
• Create payloads and subsystems (sensors, interfaces, networking).
• Create system interconnect diagrams and wire harness definitions.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers; conduct cross-discipline reviews.
