Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Avionics Obsolescence Engineer to lead the SETR process and help design and integrate upgrades for complex missile systems. You will translate Mission Systems requirements into engineering solutions and work with OEMs to improve performance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, systems integration, and applying control-system know-how to advance warfighter capabilities while navigating security clearances and compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in avionics or obsolescence.
Knowledge of avionics systems and integration challenges.
Ability to work with engineers to modify designs and improve warfighter capabilities.
Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.

Responsibilities

Manage the SETR process for acquisition and system development.
Translate Mission Systems requirements into engineering solutions to improve missile performance.
Collaborate with OEMs to redesign, develop, and integrate upgrades for better warfighter capabilities.
Augment designs and algorithms to improve overall system performance.
