Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering is required.
• 1+ years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical design/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging solutions for electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Conduct thermal, structural, and tolerance analyses using hand methods and FEA.
• Create 3D models, production drawings, and manage design data.
• Perform failure analysis related to thermal, loads, vibration, and shock.
• Coordinate with machine shops and production teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Own hardware delivery timeline from inception to integration.
• Lead internal design reviews and participate with suppliers/customers.
• Ensure designs meet weight and rate targets with innovative approaches.
