L3Harris Technologies in Bristol, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician B responsible for testing, troubleshooting, overhaul and repair of high-reliability electro-mechanical and electronic avionics instruments. You will use schematics, manuals and engineering drawings to diagnose issues and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Daily duties include acceptance testing, PM tasks on ETL equipment, and interfacing with engineers on new product implementations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of related experience or 2 years post-secondary with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Related experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Preferred knowledge of basic electronic theory and use of test equipment.

Responsabilités

• Read schematic diagrams, electronic assembly drawings and test procedures.
• Perform Acceptance Testing (vibration, thermal cycles) on flight hardware.
• Test and troubleshoot digital/analog top assemblies with supervision.
• Interface with Engineers for new product implementation or design issues.
• Demonstrate computer literacy and maintain equipment PM tasks.
• Work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Use test equipment to interpret results and assure product performance.
