Qualifications

• 5+ years avionics/electronics manufacturing or related production experience.
• Experience leading technicians in aerospace/defense/high-reliability environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and manufacturing docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Avionics Manufacturing Technicians.
• Establish scalable technician leadership and future technical leads.
• Organize and assign work orders based on production needs and schedules.
• Monitor daily production, balance workloads, remove blockers, and enforce safety and quality.
