Job description

KBR is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Analyst to join our team and support the development and improvement of C-UXS supportability and maintainability programs in Patuxtent River/St. Inigoes, Maryland. This is a full-time on-site position. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and maintenance operations, specifically in collaboration with the Department of the Navy (DoN). The successful candidate will bring expertise in logistics analysis, systems management, and financial oversight to help drive the success of the C-UXS program. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Logistics Analyst will contribute to the development, operation, evaluation, and enhancement of C-UXS supportability and maintainability programs and systems.
  • Conducting technical evaluations and identifying C-UXS system logistics requirements and resources. Developing and refining logistics support and maintainability programs or plans. Analyzing systems acquisition requirements.
  • Performing budgetary and financial analysis, including life cycle cost control. Ensuring hardware and software standardization and compatibility within the C-UXS program. Planning and executing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) program tests and evaluations. Managing and analyzing ILS/R&M programs.
  • In addition, the Logistics Analyst will collect, compile, analyze, and apply logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data. Responsibilities also include developing, modifying, and validating documentation for automated logistics reporting systems, maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a US Citizen. Active/Current DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Education & Experience:

  • BS/BA degree in a business-related discipline and 4 years of Logistics Analyst experience with at least 2 years supporting the DoN (Department of the Navy). Experience should include the analysis of logistics programs, maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.
  • AA/AS degree in a business-related discipline and 8 years of Logistics Analyst experience with at least 2 years supporting the DoN (Department of the Navy). Experience should include the analysis of logistics programs, maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.
  • High School Diploma and 12 years of Logistics Analyst experience with at least 2 years supporting the DoN (Department of the Navy). Experience should include the analysis of logistics programs, maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.

Compensation: $86,000-129,580. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
