You will be responsible for avionics component installation and integration while mentoring production staff. This position is 100% onsite and involves close collaboration with NASA and Boeing personnel.

Qualifications

• 14+ years experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with NASA or U.S. Space Program is a plus.
• Available for occasional 2nd shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Primary Avionics Lead for installation and integration of avionics components.
• Resolve Avionics related Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).
• Mentor production engineers and technicians.
