Job summary

SpaceX in Texas is seeking an Avionics Integration & Test Technician (Starship) for the night shift. You will read and interpret schematics, perform validation and testing of electronic components, and coordinate integration across on-vehicle and ground support systems.

You will assemble and repair wire harnesses, document results clearly, and contribute to hardware development through test, fabrication, and procedural improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience wiring harnesses or electro-mechanical sub-assemblies
• 1+ years of experience using electronics equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, power supplies, DAQs, etc.)
• Experience in aerospace/high-reliability industry desirable

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and work from released schematics and drawings; provide feedback to engineering to complete documentation
• Perform validation and testing of electronic components using equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and test racks
• Perform integration on a full system suite of electronics to include on-vehicle, ground segment, and ground support applications
• Document results clearly and precisely
• Assemble and repair wire harnesses, test racks, junction boxes, and associated components
• Support hardware development and procedural improvements via design, test, fabrication, and work instruction efforts; self-monitor progress and deliver on time
