PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Ground Test Inspector in Mobile, AL to prepare aircraft and workstations for ground tests across avionics and electrical systems. You will conduct function tests during assembly and document non-conformities in SAP NC, coordinating retests after rework.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting test systems, clarifying issues with engineering, and driving improvements to the On Time On Quality production process. Military-friendly and VEVRAA compliant.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 5+ years in aircraft avionics or QA in aviation.
• Knowledge of SAP NC system for defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the aircraft and workstation surroundings for ground tests.
• Perform function tests on avionics and electrical systems.
• Organize documentation of non-conformities in SAP NC and initiate retests.
• Perform troubleshooting on test systems and coordinate with engineering.
• Identify problems to improve On Time On Quality production.
