The Avionics Engineering Lead will oversee the development, test, and delivery of electronic hardware and FPGA firmware for E‑Space satellites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Electrical Engineering management experience and 10+ years of Electrical Engineering development and test experience in aerospace. The position will report to the Director of Electrical Engineering and will manage many of the Electrical and FPGA engineers on the Avionics team. The successful candidate will be based in our Saratoga, CA office.
This is a full‑time, exempt position, based out of our Saratoga office. The target base pay for this position is $150,000 – $220,000 annually. The total compensation package will be determined by various factors such as your relevant job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used—so we’re looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in‑orbit activities. If that’s your experience – then we’ll be immediately wowed.
