Job summary

FEAM Aero in Anchorage, AK is seeking an experienced A&P Aircraft Mechanic focused on avionics for line maintenance. You will perform on-call and scheduled maintenance, release airworthiness, troubleshoot avionics and electrical systems, and ensure all work complies with FARs and manufacturer data.

The role requires a current FAA A&P license, 2+ years of line maintenance experience, ability to read wiring diagrams, and flexibility for nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a current FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
• 2+ years’ experience in recent line maintenance, emphasis on troubleshooting, daily and turn checks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must pass airport security background checks and travel for work as required.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform Line maintenance (on-call and scheduled) on various customers aircraft.
• Perform routine maintenance and airworthiness releases.
• Inspect and maintain aircraft, engines and components; meet deadlines and performance goals.
• Troubleshoot systems and disassemble/repair components as per technical data.
• Ensure all departing aircraft are safe per FARs and manuals.
