Job summary

Peraton in Anchorage is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Aviation Weather Systems. Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technical projects involving engineering, infrastructure modernization, telecommunications, aviation systems, or other mission-critical environments.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple organizations.
• Experience managing technical schedules, risks, action items, deliverables, and customer communications.
• Experience developing engineering documentation, technical reports, implementation plans, requirements packages, or acquisition documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Weather Workstream Lead to plan, coordinate, and execute activities supporting the Weather Needs Package.
• Manage day-to-day technical project execution, ensuring alignment with program objectives, schedules, and customer priorities.
• Coordinate desktop evaluations, engineering analyses, field site surveys, and technical assessments for aviation weather initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, action item trackers, risk registers, and technical deliverable schedules.
• Coordinate engineering teams to ensure technical products are completed on schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for field survey planning, travel, site access, and stakeholder communications.
