D&G Solutions is seeking an Aviation Vibration Analyst to provide advanced diagnostics on rotary and fixed-wing aircraft for the U.S. Coast Guard's Aviation Logistics Center, onsite in Elizabeth City, NC.

You will apply FFT spectrum analysis, phase diagnostics, HUMS interpretation, and ADVMS to identify bearing, rotor, resonance, and gear faults, delivering technical reports to maintenance teams, OEMs, and engineering staff across USCG aircraft types.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in vibration spectrum analysis or ISO Category II certification
• 4 years of experience in data collection
• Proficient in FFT spectra and phase analysis
• Experience with HUMS and Aircraft Diagnostic Vibration Management System
• Experience writing complex technical orders and specifications
• Experience reading drawings and engineering specs

Responsabilités

• Initiate CG-22s, PQDRs, and TCTOs related to the Vibration Program
• Provide input to Vibration Program Manager for all units and OEMs
• Analyze data from Air Stations/ALC within 5 business days
• Manage Helitune User database and permissions
• Manage RT-Vision database for aircraft types and configurations
• Use and manage ADVMS for vibration data collection
• Develop test plans and perform data collections for unusual programs
• Prepare summaries and reports for engineering offices
