Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the IL Bar.
• 3+ years in litigation with focus on products liability, transportation, aviation, or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation in products liability, transportation, aviation, and insurance coverage.
• Provide legal advice and representation through all litigation stages.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Stay current on FAA regulations and aviation law.
• Collaborate with the team to develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements in clients' best interests.
