H. T. PROF Group seeks an Associate Attorney for its Aviation Litigation Practice in California.

The role is hybrid or fully remote within California, with opportunities to work with a globally connected legal team on complex aviation-related litigation. Candidates must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, California Bar in good standing, and 3+ years of substantive litigation experience with strong research, drafting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record
• Active California Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed analyses
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Interview clients, eyewitnesses, and other relevant parties
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting to clients on case status and strategy
• Engage in direct communication with clients and insurers
• Assist in all phases of case development, litigation strategy, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with partners and team to advance case objectives with efficiency
