Job summary

Aspire MRO LLC is seeking a Director of Transformation to lead end-to-end improvement initiatives across shop floor, back office, and supply chain. You will drive efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and embed a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining FAA Part 145 compliance.

The role requires strong Lean/Six Sigma expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to lead large-scale change across multiple functions within a regulated MRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Business, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in aviation maintenance/MRO or regulated manufacturing, with 5+ leadership.
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of 14 CFR Part 145 repair station operations and FAA requirements.
• Formal Lean and/or Six Sigma training (Black Belt or equivalent preferred).
• Proven change management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation roadmap and prioritize initiatives by impact on efficiency, cost, quality, and turnaround time.
• Direct cross-functional transformation actions across production, planning, materials, quality, and support functions.
• Establish governance and accountability for projects; act as primary change agent.
• Drive reductions in TAT, improve on-time delivery, and optimize shop-floor throughput.
