We are currently seeking a full-time Aviation Training Specialist to contribute to the success and growth of our training programs and operational standards.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of regular in-person attendance at our Portsmouth, NH Flight Operations Training Center to support operational collaboration, training delivery, and departmental needs.
The Aviation Training Specialist designs and delivers training programs for flight operations staff, with a strong focus on the Integrated Operations Center (IOC)—the hub where flights are scheduled, monitored, and supported. The IOC team plays a critical role in logistics and provides exceptional support to our owners, clients, and flight crews.
This position requires someone who is personable, innovative, and organized—able to tailor instruction to diverse learning styles, manage multiple training schedules, and foster a positive learning environment.
