Job summary

Eastern Airlines in Greensboro, NC seeks a Technical Operations Training Compliance Specialist. This full-time, non-exempt role ensures maintenance training meets FAA 14 CFR Part 121 and the GMM, coordinates events, maintains records, and tracks initial and recurrent training requirements.

The position serves as the primary POC for AMOS, SilverWings, SkyPrep and CPaT, and supports vendor coordination with a focus on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional or training roles (≥3 years).
• Experience managing training records or LMS.
• Strong knowledge of aviation maintenance manuals and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain all training activities and records.
• Coordinate maintenance training events with internal personnel and vendors.
• Monitor and support vendor training and authorization processes.
• Serve as System Administrator for AMOS, SilverWings, SkyPrep and CPaT.
• Ensure compliance with Maintenance Training Manual requirements.
