Job summary

Tyonek Native Corp is seeking a Tools and Parts Attendant to support F-15 aircraft maintenance operations at Mountain Home AFB, ID. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining tool accountability and inventory records, with travel to CONUS/OCONUS as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in tool control, inventory, and aviation support, plus the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in tool control, parts, supply, inventory, warehouse, or related environment preferred.
• Military aviation or F-15 maintenance-support experience preferred.
• U.S. citizen; ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Must be able to work normal Monday-Friday day shift 0700-1530 and overtime if needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue tools, machine tools, dies, replacement parts, shop supplies, and equipment used in aircraft maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate records of tools and equipment issued to and returned by maintenance personnel.
• Maintain perpetual inventory records and conduct periodic inventories of tools, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Requisition and replenish stock to maintain inventory levels.
• Unpack, identify, inspect, and store newly received tools, equipment, parts and supplies.
• Inspect tools and measuring devices for wear or damage and report issues to supervisors.
