Job summary

Electra is seeking a seasoned aviation maintenance leader to guide and develop a team across multiple facilities at its Manassas headquarters. The role focuses on maintaining, inspecting, and ensuring readiness of aircraft supporting corporate, development, and flight test operations.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in aircraft maintenance, 3+ years in leadership within aviation, and strong FAA regulatory knowledge. The position offers a competitive range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in aviation maintenance, flight test, or technical operations.
• Experience managing aircraft maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airworthiness requirements, and maintenance recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians at multiple facilities.
• Oversee the build and operation of test labs, support equipment, and hangars.
• Manage the maintenance, inspection, and readiness of company aircraft supporting corporate, development, and flight test operations.
• Coordinate aircraft modifications, test installations, and facility improvements to support program objectives.
• Establish maintenance schedules, work priorities, and resource plans to ensure high availability.
• Partner with product development to support test and certification activities.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.
