Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Planning, Aviation, or related field.
• Experience in airport planning, with strong expertise in terminal planning.
• Knowledge of operations, passenger flow, facilities, and landside/airfield interfaces shape airports.
• Experience delivering and managing commercial terminal planning projects at medium or large hub airports.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, or modeling tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding teams and engaging clients.
• Familiarity with U.S. and international airport planning standards, regulatory frameworks, and the customer experience dimension of modern airports.

Responsibilities

• Work with client to shape programmatic requirements for major airports.
• Develop and evaluate alternatives for terminal, airfield, and landside facilities.
• Prepare reports, visuals, and presentations to support planning studies.
• Assist with cost estimates, facility phasing, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with clients, sub-consultants, and stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life.
• Provide on-site client support and contribute to design workshops and facility surveys.
• Mentor and provide direction to junior team members.
