Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Systems Installation Mechanic for our Mobile, AL facility. The role focuses on installing aircraft systems for the Final Assembly Line, ensuring bonding and system checks meet drawing specifications.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in Aviation Production or equivalent.
• High School Diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical components at the station/work place/aircraft parking space.
• Install and manufacture: mark, prepare, assemble, adapt, torque and secure mechanical components and parts.
• Inspect bonding according to order/GTI, drawing and specifications.
• Check system functions.
• Specialized in VTP/HTP, hydraulic lines, belly fairing and flap installation; air conditioning and fuel systems; MLG & tank tests; gauging tests.
