Job summary

Resicum International LLC seeks a Supply Technician to support VMFA-112 at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas. You will manage aviation parts, GFP, and materials for F/A-18 variants, ensuring readiness and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, issuing, shipping, and tracking parts; maintaining inventory using automated systems; verifying NSNs and lot data; and coordinating with Maintenance Control, QA, and engineering to meet production schedules while complying with

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in aviation supply, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or military supply management.
• Experience supporting F/A-18 or other military aircraft preferred.
• Working knowledge of DoD/military supply systems and aviation logistics procedures.
• Experience with NSNs, part numbering, and supply documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics information systems.
• Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, issue, transfer, package, ship, and track aircraft parts, consumables, GFP, and related materials.
• Maintain inventory records using automated logistics systems; process requisitions and issue transactions; conduct inventories; reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure serialized assets, CIIs, and hazardous materials are properly managed per regulations.
• Verify NSNs, part numbers, shelf-life, serial numbers, and configuration data for accuracy and traceability.
• Prepare shipping/receiving documentation; maintain warehouse organization; support stock rotation and disposition.
• Coordinate daily with Maintenance Control, Production Control, QA, engineering, and customer reps to meet schedules.
• Maintain compliance with DoD/NAVAIR supply policies, hazardous material handling, and environmental regulations.
