Job summary

Resicum International LLC seeks a detail-oriented Supply Technician to support VMFA-112 at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas. You will manage aviation parts, GFP, and NSNs to sustain F/A-18 readiness, while coordinating with Maintenance Control and Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory records in DoD-compliant systems. Strong organizational skills and data accuracy are essential for mission success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of experience in aviation supply, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or military supply management.
• Experience with F/A-18 aviation supply operations preferred.
• Knowledge of DoD/military supply systems and aviation logistics procedures.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping, storage, cataloging, and property accountability.
• Knowledge of NSNs, part numbering, and inventory control procedures.
• Experience using automated supply management systems and logistics information systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with aircraft maintenance schedules.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, issue, transfer, package, ship, and track aviation parts and GFP while maintaining inventory accountability.
• Maintain inventory records using automated logistics systems and process material requisitions.
• Perform inventory reconciliation, NSN checks, serial numbers, and configuration data for traceability.
• Prepare shipping/receiving documentation and maintain warehouse organization.
• Coordinate daily with Maintenance Control, Production Control, QA, engineering, and customer reps to ensure material readiness.
