Job summary

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager - Aviation Supply Support to oversee a 60-person program. The role involves daily customer interaction, status updates, and coordination of logistics and field operations in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate holds a SECRET clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 15+ years of related experience in program management or logistics. Domestic and international project exposure is possible.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customer to provide status and guidance; maintains currency for areas of responsibility and provides weekly updates.
• Coordinates for forward deployed reps, monitoring activities, and management of task orders, cost proposals, and subcontracts.
• Supports field team briefings, VTCs, and requested communications.
• Assists in Mobile Node Operations, ATAC coordination, compliance with local laws, reporting, travel controls, and warehouse lease management.
