Job summary

Yulista Contract Services LLC provides comprehensive Air Force aviation supply and logistics support for aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring timely procurement and inventory management of mission-critical parts and materials. You will utilize SBSS, ES-S, ILS-S, GCSS-Air Force, and other STAMIS systems to execute FEDMALL purchases and coordinate with DLA, GSA, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Air Force aviation supply and logistics operations.
• Proficiency with FEDMALL procurement and government purchasing processes.
• Experience with inventory management, property accountability, and stock control.
• Familiarity with DoD and Air Force supply regulations and safety requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with DLA, GSA, contracting offices, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supply accountability and audit documentation.
• Process requisitions, receipts, issues, and other supply transactions in approved systems.
• Manage bench stock and repair-cycle assets for aircraft maintenance support.
• Execute FEDMALL procurement to source mission-critical parts from DoD entities.
• Coordinate offline/local purchases for urgent requirements.
• Collaborate with DLA, GSA, contracting offices, and vendors to resolve shortages.
• Review shipping documents and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, store, package, and distribute aircraft parts and materials.
