StandardAero in San Antonio, TX offers a Summer Intern – Supply Chain (Procurement) position designed to build hands-on procurement experience within aviation MRO operations.

You’ll support PO processing, supplier coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional projects during a 10–12 week summer program beginning between mid-May and early June 2027. Enrolled students in related fields are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a related bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day procurement activities including purchase order processing, tracking and follow-up.
• Support communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability.
• Help monitor open purchase orders, delivery dates and supplier commitments.
• Assist with reviewing purchasing data, maintaining records and updating procurement reports.
• Support analysis of procurement trends, supplier performance and pricing.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs.
• Participate in special projects and other assignments as needed.
