Job summary

Fokker Services Americas in LaGrange, GA is seeking an Operational Buyer to join the Supply Chain Management team. You will manage POs and ROs to support shop production, set Min/Max stocking levels, and maintain accurate ERP data while expediting orders and coordinating with departments.

The role focuses on pricing/availability, supplier negotiations, and inventory investment optimization to minimize total cost and TAKT time while maximizing customer satisfaction and FSAm profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar Supply Chain Management position.
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.
• Must be a solutions provider with attention to details and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Pentagon 2000, Excel and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of reports and ERP to determine purchasing and inventory replenishment.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure production goals are met.
• Create and manage POs and ROs for parts, components and shop supplies.
• Obtain, review, and approve supplier quotes.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate PO/RO data, supplier pricing and lead times in ERP.
• Provide pricing/availability to other departments and expedite orders.
