Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist. This on-site role supports supplier quality initiatives across the supply chain, including RCCAs and audits, with up to 50% travel to domestic sites.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in engineering or aerospace and at least 3 years in supplier quality, GD&T proficiency, and strong problem-solving skills. Collaboration with SMEs and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Aerospace or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of Supplier Quality Assurance experience with knowledge of inspection methods, process control, metrology/calibration, and supplier quality systems.
• Solid knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Able to travel up to 50% (mostly domestic).
• Strong problem-solving and project execution skills with data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, SCMEs, customers, and suppliers to resolve technical issues related to supplier quality and safety using engineering logic and data.
• Manage and execute supplier quality improvement projects with minimal oversight and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform supplier oversight activities including audits of classified/major suppliers, source inspections, and First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Drive RCCA activities and provide data for corrective action boards (CAB I/II).
• Cross-train and share expertise while developing knowledge of manufacturing technologies.
