Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Structures Technician to perform aircraft structural repairs, modifications, and inspections in a Part 145 Repair Station environment. This hands-on role requires adherence to FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and company procedures to ensure safe, accurate work.

You'll collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality Control, and Materials to meet milestones, document work thoroughly, and maintain a clean, safe hangar workspace while supporting audits and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical training in aircraft structures preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Airframe and/or Powerplant certificate preferred (not always required for structures).
• Experience with hands-on aircraft structural maintenance in heavy maintenance contexts.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on structural repair, fabrication, installation, and modification of airframe components using approved data and methods.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality Control, and Materials to support project milestones.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of job documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
