Job summary

CTR Group is seeking Aviation Structural Technicians in the West Lafayette, IN area for an Aerospace Company. Immediate openings and urgently hiring for five first-shift positions. Pay rate is $40/hr plus $150/day per diem based on 5 days, plus paid travel.

Estimated duration of contract: 6 months. These technicians will finalize system installation for aircraft structures, train new team members, and contribute to defining a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art production system within our

Qualifications

• 10+ years structural mechanics, aerospace systems and installation experience.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or certification in aviation assembly, mechanics, or maintenance is a plus.
• Fighter platform experience is preferred.
• Experience delivering high quality in ISO/AS9100 environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Finalize system installation for aircraft structure.
• Train new team members on procedures and standards.
