Job summary

FlightSafety International offers a Software Engineer Internship for Summer 2027. You will assist with system data conversion, review issues, learn processing, and triage support tickets, while helping update knowledge base articles and documentation.

You will rotate through divisions, work on designated projects, engage with customers, and contribute ideas to improve internal processes and software systems. A GPA of 3.0+ and pursuing a CS/Engineering degree are required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; GPA 3.0+ (must be on resume)
• Major in Engineering or Computer Science preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand the company and brand, customer and product goals, and service aspects
• Rotate through divisions, provide ideas to grow and improve the business
• Accept designated projects to research, propose ideas and present final work
• Engage with customers and provide service or sales when appropriate
• Suggest improvements to management for customer service and internal processes
• Learn and become proficient on internal software systems
• Fundamental knowledge of computer programs and concepts for the area of application
