Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah is seeking an Aircraft Service Scheduling Coordinator to connect customer maintenance needs with service center capacity and regulatory requirements. You will help move aircraft through maintenance, refurbishment, avionics, repair and paint events with a focus on accurate master scheduling.

Responsibilities include building induction plans, coordinating visits, and maintaining capacity reports while supporting after-hours and weekend duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• FAA A&P license or EASA B1/B2 may substitute for the degree.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build aircraft induction plans based on work scope and capacity.
• Maintain schedules across Gulfstream and Jet Aviation facilities.
• Coordinate service visits and communicate changes in work scope.
• Provide status, capacity reports and work numbers for authorization.
