Job summary

Culmen International, LLC invites an experienced TSA SPP Training Manager to lead screening workforce training at multiple U.S. airport locations, including Dallas.

You will oversee Training Instructors, track certifications, and ensure compliance with TSA SOPs while maintaining operational readiness. The role requires strong program management, ability to work onsite, and a track record in regulated security training.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial experience managing aviation security or equivalent regulated training programs.
• Experience supervising instructors and coordinating classroom, practical, and OJT programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult-learning principles and training compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and management of the airport TSA screening training program.
• Supervise instructors, coaches, and training staff.
• Coordinate new-hire, recurrent, remedial, and specialized training.
• Track training, certification, and compliance requirements; maintain records.
• Coordinate training with TSA personnel and Culmen leadership.
• Ensure training aligns with TSA SOPs and national requirements.
• Analyze performance to identify gaps and develop corrective training.
• Monitor instructor performance and ensure consistent delivery across shifts.
• Integrate training needs with staffing to minimize disruption to operations.
