Job summary

Culmen International is seeking a TSA SPP Training Manager to lead screening workforce training at current and future U.S. airport locations, including Baltimore.

This role oversees the airport training program, its instructors, and coaching staff, ensuring certification, recurrent training, remediation, and development while maintaining operational readiness. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing aviation security training programs, supervising instructors, and tracking

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing aviation security, transportation security, law-enforcement, or other regulated training programs.
• Experience supervising instructors and managing classroom, practical, and OJT programs.
• Knowledge of adult-learning principles and training compliance.
• Ability to work onsite at the assigned airport.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and management of the airport's TSA screening training program.
• Supervise STIs, ATIs, OJT coaches, and other training staff.
• Coordinate new-hire, recurrent, remedial, return-to-duty, and specialized training.
• Track training, certification, OJT, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with TSA training personnel and Culmen leadership.
• Ensure training aligns with TSA SOPs and directives.
• Analyze performance to identify gaps and develop corrective training.
• Monitor instructor performance and ensure consistent delivery.
• Integrate training with operations to minimize disruption.
• Provide management with training metrics and risk assessments.
