Position Summary

Screen cargo in compliance with TSA guidelines. Demonstrate and abide by Andy Frain Services' core values and operating principles, maintaining 100% compliance with all cargo screening training. Observe and report activities and incidents to ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality service and positive interactions with customers, greeting visitors, vendors, and employees professionally.
• Screen cargo following TSA guidelines, including physical inspection, X-ray, and electronic equipment use.
• Guard and patrol physical property, monitor system responses, oversee personnel in high-risk areas, and investigate incidents.
• Prepare reports for the Security Supervisor or Director of Security, highlighting areas of concern.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency policies, respond to alarms or calls for help, and notify authorities as needed.
• Develop and recommend safety and loss prevention procedures based on incident reports.
• Proactively obtain information regarding post orders, revisions, and daily event needs.
• Implement security and safety improvements to protect assets, visitors, tenants, and employees.
• Enforce operational and personnel policies to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• TSA-regulated position, must pass background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation required; not accessible via public transit.
