Job summary

Global Elite Group seeks Flex Officers to support aviation security operations at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). These on-call roles provide surge staffing, coverage for outages, vacations, and schedule gaps with professional conduct in a high-security environment.

You will participate in federally regulated training programs, earn on-call pay, and have opportunities for advancement within a national aviation security network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid State Security License.
• Proof of legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand English.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass all initial and recurrent training classes and exams.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide surge staffing for aviation security operations at Washington Dulles International Airport.
• Mobilize quickly to meet operational demands across multiple posts within the airport.
• Maintain compliance with local and federal regulations at posts.
• Prepare written reports of incidents and events.
