Job summary

Qualifications

Master's degree required in Aviation Sciences or related field.
Evidence of successful teaching experience in Aviation Science or related field.
Evidence of aviation-related expertise (e.g., A&P license, FAA certificates).
Potential tenure-track applicants should show research experience and mentoring aviation students.
Familiarity with online teaching delivery systems and educational technologies.

Responsibilities

Teach and mentor students as the primary focus of the position.
Teach undergraduate courses (e.g., Aviation Industry Management, Aerodynamics, Air Transportation, Aviation Law, Flight Management, Aircraft Systems, Human Factors).
Support department, school, and university service; participate in rank advancement and tenure considerations.
