Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Safety and Training Manager to ensure station safety and training programs are executed effectively around a 24/7 operation. You will oversee Safety & Training Officers, drive consistent learning practices, and liaison with the insurance team on loss control while maintaining claims data and performing audits.

The role requires knowledge of FAA regulations and OSHA standards, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated in training sessions and manuals.
• Strong math and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and standard security programs.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Must be able to obtain a valid passport and pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Safety & Training Officers at the station.
• Ensure training is consistent and conducive to learning.
• Coordinate with insurance on pre- and post-loss control.
• Maintain injury and liability claims data and investigate as needed.
• Perform station-level safety audits and trend analysis.
• Develop recommendations for safety policies and procedure manuals.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
