Qualifications

• Experience as an SMS Administrator or Investigator.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SMS Pro platform, users, workflows, data integrity.
• Monitor dashboards, track safety reports, investigations, corrective actions.
• Assist in documenting investigations, root cause analyses, and effectiveness reviews.
• Maintain records for safety reports, audits, and program activities.
• Generate routine and ad hoc safety reports and metrics for leadership.
