Qualifications

• Experience in aviation construction.
• Strong desire to earn CSP, OSHA 500, or similar safety credentials (AERO will support obtaining them).
• Organized, resourceful team player who values teamwork, construction and aviation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all project site safety programs.
• Develop site‑specific safety plans.
• Represent AERO to clients on safety topics.
• Help train team members and lead the safety program company‑wide.
• Collaborate with in‑house personnel including Project Management, Operations Leadership and Company Leadership.
