Job summary

Breeze Airways is hiring a Safety Risk Analyst to lead risk assessments and support safety programs across the organization. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and develop safety processes to mitigate operational risks.

The role requires aviation-related education and experience in risk management, with strong analytical and communication skills. Expect collaboration with divisions and occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in aviation or related field.
• 3 years in aviation management, statistics, risk management or project management.
• 3 years airline safety programs or airline operations.
• 1 year data analytics experience.
• Working familiarity with US federal aviation regulations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessments with divisional leaders to identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Support safety programs and the safety reporting system administration.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.
• Utilize safety data analytics to identify trends and communicate findings.
• Prepare safety presentations and divisional reports.
• Support risk management analysis for data and corrective actions.
• Ensure data accuracy in SMS software modules.
• Assist in safety training materials and records management.
• Collaborate with Safety and Security teams on issues and compliance.
• Contribute to ad-hoc safety department projects as assigned.
