Job summary

Allegiant in Indianapolis is seeking a Charter Ramp Representative (CRR) to coordinate with charter clients and ground operations to load non-standard weights safely and efficiently.

The CRR performs cargo bin inspections, prepares required forms, and ensures safety policies are followed while supporting loading and off-loading activities. Training wage starts at $12 per hour with post-training per-trip pay.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the charter client and ground operations to ensure non-standard weights are loaded safely.
• Perform cargo bin inspections and identify items that do not belong or require COMAT identification on the BLR.
• Prepare load manifests and form C820 HAZMAT as required.
• Secure the aircraft for departure, parking, or RON and perform other duties as assigned.
