Alliance Ground International is seeking a Ramp Agent in Phoenix to support on-time flights with ground handling services. The role requires outdoor, fast-paced work and strict safety adherence, including supervising baggage, cargo handling, and equipment operations.

The job involves guiding aircraft, loading baggage, operating belt loaders and tugs, and maintaining airside safety; weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills to coordinate with flight crews and ground teams.
• Basic math for weight calculations and load balancing where required.
• Computer proficiency to track cargo and baggage in systems.
• Strong problem-solving ability for duties during loading/unloading.
• Effective time management to meet fast-paced aviation schedules.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail safely.
• Safeguard baggage and cargo from weather, loss, theft or damage.
• Clean cabins and stock aircraft with supplies between flights.
• Operate or drive heavy equipment and coordinate with Wing Walkers for safety.
• Move luggage and cargo, tow planes, and service aircraft equipment.
• Record inventory and complete paperwork per procedures.
