Qualifications

• Two years related inspection, calibration or NDT experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
• Certification as Level II NDT may be required (MIL-STD-410, PES1-29).
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate acceptance/rejection records and certifications.
• Determine acceptance or rejection after inspection/calibration.
• Identify defective conditions and document test results.
• Inspect machined parts using various measuring/test equipment.
• Interpret specifications, charts and manuals.
• Apply math to convert blueprint dimensions/tolerances.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, procedures, and standards.
• Perform calibration of equipment and set‑ups.
• Conduct routine ND inspections and safety procedures.
