Job summary

Avidyne Corporation is seeking a Senior Assurance Leader to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance across all product lines. You will manage certifications and compliance with FAA and EASA, and lead assurance processes for safety-critical manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of experience in quality assurance, and 5 years in a leadership role, fostering a culture focused on innovation and safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality, certification, or assurance roles.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of regulated aerospace manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with FAA, EASA for compliance.
• Lead development assurance processes for DO-178 and DO-254.
