Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality management or related field; Masters preferred.
• 7+ years in a QA management role in aviation, aerospace or aviation SaaS.
• Certifications such as CQM or CQA desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Experience with QMS software and BI/analytics tools like Power BI.
• Proven leadership with team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team to meet quality objectives across aviation and software platforms.
• Develop and maintain the QMS in line with aviation standards.
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure compliance.
• Drive continual improvement with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Implement data-driven quality initiatives and monitor KPIs.
• Mentor QA team members and foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with operations, product, engineering and support.
• Present quality insights to senior leadership using BI dashboards.
